Kohler Launches New NYC Experience Center: Transforming the Way Building Products are Marketed and Sold
In a groundbreaking move that has the potential to revolutionize the market for building materials, Kohler - one of the world's leading manufacturers of kitchen and bathroom fixtures - has unveiled an innovative new retl concept med at engaging consumers and design professionals alike. This week marked the grand opening of the first-ever Kohler Experience Center KEC located in New York City, specifically at 6 West 22nd Street.
The Kohler Experience Center is a comprehensive hub that showcases more than twenty fully functional displays of the company's extensive product line, including showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets arranged into immersive kitchen and bathroom scenarios. The unique selling point of this center lies in its ability to provide an interactive consumer experience - allowing guests to try out Kohler's range of products firsthand through private bathing appointments.
Kohler’s Real Rn water delivery system, which mimics natural rnfall; the DTV+ digital showering system offering a smart interface for showers; and VibrAcoustic Hydrotherapy, a combined bath speaker and water vibration system, are among the products that can be experienced by making an appointment at the dedicated private bathing center.
In addition to providing an interactive consumer experience, the Experience Center offers a global specification service med specifically at design professionals. This service grants architects and designers access to Kohler products across the globe, facilitating international sourcing and problem resolution for projects ranging from hotels in Dub to bathrooms in Milan. A team of experts is on-site to offer guidance and videoconferencing with international experts is avlable by appointment.
The innovative Experience Center will expand further this year with plans for eight more locations worldwide including London, Los Angeles, Shangh among others. Each center will house Kohler’s permanent art collection and the ArtsIndustry resident artist program through the John Michael Kohler Arts Center.
